Great staging doesn't necessarily mean filling a home with rented furniture and accessories.
I specialize in occupied-home staging, working primarily with the furnishings, art and décor you already own. Sometimes the biggest transformation comes from what we remove. Other times it's moving a piece of furniture, reworking a room's layout, relocating artwork or bringing in a few carefully selected finishing touches.
Every decision has a purpose: helping the home photograph beautifully, show well and appeal to the broadest range of potential buyers.
And because organization and staging naturally go hand in hand, I can also help address the closets, cabinets, counters and storage areas buyers will inevitably open and examine.
